Terms of Service

1. The service

Klipra is an online AI content studio that generates Reels videos, images and Turkish voice-overs from text. Klipra is an independent product: it uses third-party AI models (e.g. Google Cloud Vertex AI, ElevenLabs) through its own interface and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.

By using the service you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is via Google. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. One free trial per person.

3. Prohibited content

You may not generate, attempt to generate or upload:

• Nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content
• Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way, or sexualising anyone under 18
• Deepfakes, face swaps or impersonation of real people
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination; content glorifying violence, terrorism or self-harm
• Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks or personality/privacy rights
• Political disinformation, election manipulation, fake news or fraud
• Spam, sharing/selling accounts, abusing the service with automated tools or bypassing safety controls

Every text prompt is automatically screened before generation; rejected prompts are not processed. Violating accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice; credits already used are not refunded.

4. Credits and payment

Generations are paid with credits; current credit costs are listed on the Pricing page. Credit packs are sold in USD through our payment partner (merchant of record), which collects applicable taxes. Credits do not expire.

Credits for generations that fail due to a technical error are refunded to your balance automatically.

5. Refunds

Completely unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. For partially used packs, only the unused portion may be refunded. Used credits are non-refundable. Request refunds at destek@klipra.app.

6. Ownership of outputs

You may use content you lawfully generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI outputs may not be unique. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to the text you submit and are responsible for how you publish and use the outputs.

7. Warranty and liability

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify facts before publishing. The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the site. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
