Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy states clearly what may not be created with Klipra. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

You may not generate or attempt to generate:

• Nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content
• Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way, or sexualising anyone under 18
• Deepfakes, face swaps or impersonation of real people
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination; content glorifying violence, terrorism or self-harm
• Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks or personality/privacy rights
• Political disinformation, election manipulation, fake news or fraud
• Spam, sharing/selling accounts, abusing the service with automated tools or bypassing safety controls

Automated screening

Every video and image prompt is automatically screened before generation starts. Prompts that are denied or flagged are not processed and no credits are charged. If the screening service is unavailable, nothing is generated.

Enforcement

Violating prompts are rejected; repeated or severe violations lead to suspension or termination without notice and without refund of used credits. Attempts to create illegal content may be reported to the authorities.
