1. Controller

Alperen, who develops and operates Klipra, is the data controller. Contact: destek@klipra.app.

2. Data we process

Identity/contact: name, email address and user ID from your Google account.

Usage: prompts, settings and templates, projects, generated video/image/audio files, credit transactions.

Security: session records, moderation decisions (stored without the prompt text), technical logs.

Payments: card details never reach us; they are processed by our payment partner. We only receive the transaction result and invoice data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

To provide the service and perform our contract, manage your account and credits, prevent abuse and enforce our content policy, meet legal obligations and answer support requests.

4. Processors

As needed to run the service: Google (sign-in), Google Cloud Vertex AI (text and image generation), ElevenLabs (voice), our payment partner (payments and taxes) and its prompt moderation service. Some are located outside Türkiye. We never sell your data for advertising.

5. Retention

Account data, projects and files are kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except payment records we must keep by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection and information about recipients of your data (KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR where applicable). Email destek@klipra.app; we respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary session cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies.
